We understand how important it is to get the colour you are looking for. Find your perfect shade of colour with our K Couture colour ring at home risk-free!
1. Purchase our colour ring containing all the colour options, including mixed colours and root colour options, (use discount code COLOURRING20 at checkout for £20 off).
2. It is sent out using Royal Mail 24, usually next day delivery.
3. We organise a video call with our stylist and in that call we can chat about what you are after and how we can help, the colour ring at your end means we can show you all the colours and you can see what we might recommend. Generally hair is always more than one colour so a mixture of shades really makes the topper look natural and blends well with your hair, but we can help with all of this, 90% of the toppers we do are 3 colours or more!
*Also having the colour swatch at your end with your hair in the video call just eliminates any errors with colours being slightly out through room lighting or video call lighting.
4. Send the colour ring back to us, postage paid in the returns box and bag provided.
5. Once we have received the colour ring back to us, we refund the cost of it against your purchase of your new extensions or hair topper, or if you have changed your mind we are happy to offer a full refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The refund is only issued if the hair colour ring is returned in the condition, and in the original packaging it was delivered in.
2. The colour ring must be sent back to K Couture inline with the dates provided at the time of purchase, usually 7 days from purchase, to receive the refund otherwise it will be assumed that the colour ring has been kept by the purchaser. We can extend the postage return timeframe if necessary, if contacted in advance.
3. The refund will be issued at the price that was paid initially, (including any coupon discount value if applicable).
