4. Cancellations and Returns

Standard Products:

Right to Cancel: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in its original, unused condition.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us through the contact form on the website. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. You will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is defective.

Bespoke Products:

Waiver of Cancellation Right: For bespoke or custom orders, the 14-day right to cancel may be waived once production has begun, per UK consumer law.
Alternative Option: If preferred, we can add an additional 14 days to the delivery timeframe, allowing you to retain the right to cancel until production begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more details.

International Shipping: Certain regions may have restrictions. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or other regulatory authorities.
Insurance and Damage Protection: We offer shipping with or without insurance. Choosing uninsured shipping is at your own risk. If you select insured shipping, we will work with you to resolve any issues with damaged or lost items.

6. Pricing and Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in GBP.
Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.
