At K Couture, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging
How to Initiate a Return

We’ll review your request and provide you with instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please let us know. We’ll help you find the right product and guide you through the exchange process, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
